Your thoughts regarding Makeup setting spray?

My current job is requiring me to always have my makeup on Throughout my Duty. but I don't like reapplying makeup every now and then. One of my coworkers suggested me to use Makeup setting spray as it will my makeup last longer.
I never use setting spray in my entire life.
Who among you regularly or tried using Makeup setting spray?
What products would you recommend?
Does it really help making my makeup last long?

hahaha. Thank you for the compliment but my Cosmetic company is requiring me to do so.

The right makeup setting spray really depends on your skin type. The ones I like to use are Mario Badescu Rose water, Urban Decay all-nighter, Milani Make it Last setting spray and the NYX Dewey setting spray. They're all very good! :) I have combination skin.
