Celebrity gossip

Not a day goes by without you hearing about something going on in Hollywood. Celebrities are either getting married, divorcing, or feuding with each other. There's always something going on in the entertainment world and the tabloids are quick to report on them. I admit I'm the type of person who likes to read about celebrity gossip. I think the reason comes from reading my grandma's tabloids as a kid. Whenever we'd go to her house, I'd read The National Enquirer, Star, and The Globe. Then as I got older, I'd buy my own magazines like OK or Us Weekly. I don't buy tabloid magazines as much as I used to, but I still like to keep up with what's happening in Hollywood. During breaks, I'll go online to read about the latest gossip. Some of the stuff seems far fetched, yet I can't help but read about the craziness that is Hollywood. Does celebrity gossip intrigue you or do you steer clear of it?

@just4him Most people try to avoid it, yet there are people who eat it up.

@dramagirl26 I know. Personally, I don't understand it. Now I know as a teenager, I did get the magazine Tiger Beat, but I only bought it to plaster my walls with my favorite actors. I never read it.

@just4him I remember those days of buying the teen magazines just to see pictures of the boy bands.

@jstory07 I've noticed that a majority of people aren't interested in celebrities or Hollywood.

I usually don't seek out celebrity news but if it makes the news or pops up when I am on the internet, I am interested. Of course it has to be someone I know or I am interested in to begin with

@dramagirl26 I would hate to be a celebrity. Those poor people never have any privacy whatsoever. I guess that's the price of fame! haha

@moffittjc Couldn't blame you. Some of that stuff is far-fetched.

It does if it's good news. I try to avoid it in the news. I don't read tabloids or watch TMZ.

@KristenH Most of the time they don't report good news, they just focus on the bad and the scandalous stories.
