Negative thoughts are so destructive. Yes they can take our beautiful and enjoying moments away from us. They can destroy friendships, relationships and a whole bunch more.

Yes that's true because negative thought leads you in a bad mood so your good mood will change turn in bad and your beautiful moments will disappear

I hate something called Negative thoughts, they are awfully harming our life and best moments. My mood is sinusoidal, isn't stable, so I need who can make it in a good state.
