How you like your Coffee

We all like to have coffee but we should have it with some Moderation as it's access is bad.
Also the sugar content is important as too much sugar is not good. For me I like to have one small spoon of sugar in my coffee. And of course milk is necessary.
How do you like your Coffee?

I use milk and sweetener in my coffee. I only drink one cup in the morning, that's it for the day!

I gave up drinking coffee, when I was diagnosed as a pre diabetic....the caffeine was bad for me. But when I drank coffee I drank it black no sugar.

i have always loved my coffee. instant and these days i drink it black. i see no reason it is bad for you. i am 70 yrs old

I love cream and sugar.
I have only one spoon of natural raw brown sugar a day in the coffee.
No other sugar and that is only one cup.
I really like fresh cream if I can get it.
