My Puppies are 2 Months Old today!

Loki and Odin are 2 months old today. It's so hard to believe. I was there when they were born, and it only seems like yesterday! Boy does time fly when you are looking after puppies.
Both are doing so well, and they are so easy to train. They know where to go to the bathroom, and they are already responding to some commands.
I love when someone says to me that Odin did not come from the same litter as Loki. I would have doubted it too, if I had not been there for his birth. Odin is a long haired Chihuahua.

We have a German Shepherd a boy.

Yes, I do have dogs but they are old now and they are not Chihuahuas.
Both of the puppies are yours? Are they from the same mum? They don't look the same.

Both Odin and Loki are Chihuahuas. And yup they are from the same Mom :)

I don't have a dog right now..but I play host to a dog weekly. He is a Chihauhua too and a real cutie.

How come the dogs have names of Gods from the Norse mythology?

@arabella27 Of course, there is a funny element in naming tiny Chihuahuas after Norse gods. Maybe they'd fit Great Danes better? :-)

Hi M.L., thank you for welcoming to the site. I also have two other Chi's and their names are Astrid and Freya. My grandmother was of Scandinavian origin...so I have grown up with Norse Mythology and figured I would name my fur babies after the Norse gods.

Congrats. I love animals. I had a lab-husky and loved her so much. If I had the time and energy I would have gotten a dog again, but, I decided to get a cat again and I like my cat. I have had my Sophie since she was 3 months old and she will be 3 tomorrow.
