Would anyone be interested paying $0.50 per month for someone to review sites?

I was wondering that to prevent people from being scammed. I would take the plunge and review the sites suggested by members and do a post about if the opportunity works? It is a lot better than taking $19.99 to $299 and feeling bad for being screwed. So when I do review a website that a member suggested, I'll post it up if it works or not. So what I can do is use the monthly payment of $0.50 from members to pay to join those opportunities and for hosting cost. Do you think this is a good idea or would you join if there is such a site?
