Could you tell me why it is that owners of companies or even managers feel like they can belittle the people that work for them. Last night my paycheck was supposed to be in my account at 2 a.m. but instead I got a email stating that the paychecks will not arrive until at the latest Monday now in our state once you reach 10 days after the pay period ended it is illegal to keep the check from your employees they tell us Monday will be the latest we'll get our check one more day and the hit the 10-day mark I'm pretty much just ranting and raving at the moment. I feel it's unfair that they tell us that we should have prepared and balanced our money a little bit better. But as a single mom I can tell you right now there's nothing that you don't try to prepare for. Like yesterday I had to borrow money because I didn't realize that my entire pack of emergency pull-ups I got ruined having a two-year-old these things do happen. On top of that things are running low in the house that I was planning on buying today with my check but instead I'm not buying anything. All of my gas in the car is going straight to work I drive a good 40 minutes to one side 30 minutes to another site and then 40 minutes home. I do this two to three nights a weekend and they expect us to prepare for not having money. I think it's completely illogical for them to say something like that maybe they should prepare to have payroll mess up be able to send us our checks or Deliver us our checks anything something to get us through the weekend I just don't like the way things are being ran at the moment. Okay I think I've ranted enough I might get back on a rant later
