Nowdays I notice people get offended very easily. Throwing out profanities is like breathing oxygen. Have we become closed to criticism and moving towards intolerance? This seems to affect everyone irrespective of religion, creed, nationality. At least that is what I have noticed. Spare any thoughts?

Yes I too feel that intolerance is growing towards everything . I wonder if media and overexposure has something to do with this . The manner in which minor events get blown out of proportion and being judgmental rather than be analytical can have its own repercussions on the society

I don't think we're more aggressive and intolerant these days. Indeed, in many circumstance we're more tolerant than we've ever been in history. However, I do think that the rise of technology has encouraged people to be more aggressive or be more intolerant. Everybody has an opinion and if they want that opinion listened to they need to be aggressive these days. Or somesuch.

And most of the time are the ones who throw in tantrums, whining and blame-them card at their pity parties as victims.

Patience is like an endangered species now a days. People have become so ambitious and indulged in rat race that they have little time to think deeply over anything . As a result, they go by what others say easily and behave accordingly which is not appropriate.

Everybody is equal , everybody has the chance to be treated equally . It’s the people’s actions that give them their ‘names’
