Air Care -
I am one of the many who quit smoking, but the effects of too much tobacco smoke have lingered around over the years.
Here's a headline I saw on "The Drudge Report" just today - "Willie Nelson Cuts Concert Short with Breathing Problems...
I am curious about the various ways that are in use to make breathing easier for people whose lungs were messed over by smoking resulting in :COPD," asthma, or similar problems.
From what I have learned thus far, some make use of breathing exercises to relearn breathing. Others are treated with "allergy" pills of one kind or another or corticosteroid drugs , and some inhale medication sprays such as albuterol in order to open their airways to assist in breathing.
It would be interesting to learn what others are doing to help alleviate their own breathing problems.

I have to use an inhaler for my rhinitis because I have had hard times breathing and tend to get bronchitis.
