Back from the gym! August 15

Tonight was my return to the gym after a week and a half off. Boy did I feel it! It was a barefoot workout for 25 minutes. We had 5 different exercises to go through over and over again until the time was up. It was kettlebells all the way! I used an 18 pounder for the TGUs and a 30 pounder for the rest. I probably could have gone to 35 but I didn't. Next time. This is what we did:
1) Turkish Get Up (1L/1R)
2) Waiter Carry (50'L/50'R)
3) Kettlebell Rack (L100'/R100')
4) Suitcase Walk (L100'/R100')
5) Kettlebell Swings (20)
I now can confidently do Turkish Get Ups after having to do so many of them on Tuesdays. I still don't like them though! The rest of the workout was basically just carrying stuff around aside from the swings. The finisher was 4 100' body walks along the turf. Yeah that wasn't happening. I did 1. Most people only did 1 or 2.
After the 5pm workout, we had the Diet Detox orientation. There is a Facebook group for us to join that has the actual nutrition plan in it. I haven't been approved yet so I still haven't seen what the food plan is. I'm very curious!
