BEFORE I go any further, no... I am not racist or against any religion, ethnicity, thoughts, or beliefs. Everybody is entitled to their own opinions, right? :)
Yes, events in history happened. They can't be replaced with other outcomes or actions. Statues can be replaced, I get that. But, why would individuals take their time to tear down a statue displaying a figure (or person) of history? Is it really worth it?
Everybody complains about what our society is coming to. They're the ones acting out in these horrific ways, protesting, & starting riots. & it's not peaceful like it should be. They could get their voices heard more if they weren't vandalizing property.
The number of "followers" just keeps adding up hour by hour, literally. It is sickening to see what people are doing to our society. I get the "freedom of speech" idea, but that is not how you go about expressing yourself.

Horrific incidents happeneddd (emphasis on the ED.). We can't go back & change it. Those events are what made us America.
Once again, I'm far from racist, but what would African Americans do if we vandalized a statue that represented a significance in their history...? AM's were the FIRST people to own slaves, not Caucasian people.

Removing things because they are offensive to some people is not the answer. This country was famous for tolerance of all cultures, can we not be tolerant of or own culture? We have taken prayer and the pledge of allegiance out of our schools, in god we trust off our currency, what is next?

Its quite fearful to think about what actually could happen next.
Even people on sports teams are sitting during the national anthem... its disgusting.
Nobody can blame their actions on Trump, they’re choosing to act out.
People claim its ‘freedom of speech’, but in all honesty, is it? Is tearing down a statue of a historical figure & kicking it ‘freedom of speech’?
Its absolutely sickening to think about what our future is going to turn out like if this doesnt get a stop put to it.
