Illness

Well I went to the doctors and they finally scheduled me for a colonoscopy to find out what other stomach problems I have besides Acid Reflux and Irritable Bowel Syndrome and he found nothing wrong. Well you would think that this was happy news but it wasn't for me. I need to know what's going on because I know that there is something wrong with my stomach because I suffer from extreme nausea. It is frustrating to know that something is wrong but the specialist cannot diagnose your illness because you know deep down that there is something wrong. I do not know what to do next but I do know that I need to be properly treated for whatever is going on with my stomach because I am in pain quite often and also hospitalized.

I'm so sorry that you have to suffer from such without really knowing what's wrong with you. I hope you'll find someone who can help you.

Have they checked for ulcers or pancreatittis? It fits now a days how someone can continue to be in pain and nothing is done or found. Sad situation for sure

The fastest and most permanent resolution for Acid Reflux is: a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in a cup of water with a 1/2 teaspoon of honey @miyaford . You can drink it before, during and/or after a meal and at bedtime. Acid Reflux is caused by 'not enough' acid in the stomach to break down the food properly. Too much food in the intestines can cause a blockage resulting in the Irritable Bowel Syndrome.

I went through a similar thing with my stomach/intestinal tract. The more I worried and stressed about it the worse I felt. First tip- If the specialist found nothing then that is good. Try to relax or you will wind up in the ER like I did, wind up getting a big bill and the doctors will find nothing wrong. Tip 2- try eating smaller portions spread out over the course of your day. Your stomach lining is irritated from your stress your putting on it and can't digest normal size meals right now. Over time, as I stopped thinking I had cancer (about 2-3 months) the terrible gas, bloating, pain stopped. The colonoscopy I had also eased my worries. I hope this can be helpful to you. I'm not lecturing you, having gone through this myself I'm only trying to help with some advice Hope you will feel better!
