Do you believe in karma?

August 21, 2017 4:05pm CST
During your life... Everything good or bad you do ends up - sooner or later - coming back to you at some point in your life. You probably have heard this from someone already. Do you really believe that everything we do ends up coming back to us?

Sometimes I have seen people finally have "karma" catch up with them but overall I don't believe in karma because there are way too many people skating through life never paying the consequences for their actions.

Some people get through life with zilch conscience and they manage to more than survive. They seem to have a "charmed life" - siva

I agree with you. I have seen some people get stricken with karma after what they have done on the other hand, others don't. But karma is either good or bad. Sometimes, others dont get what they deserve. While others do. At times, those who do bad can easily get away with it without any punishments or guilt that may haunt them.

Karma is really confusing to know if it's real or not. So far I have seen some...sadly even to myself. I used to treat my brother in the middle (there's 3 of us) like crap by getting him in trouble by my parents, hated him for random stuff, and he ended up being the one who protected me (I'm the youngest) the most and took me out and was always there. My oldest brother was like a whatever (but still defend me when necessary). I ended up being like hated and more like where people can't deal with me. My uncle used to make fun of this kid who past by the neighbor by calling him short and he'll never grow up, my cousin ended up being short for his age. I heard from my aunt that my grandma's dad had wooden legs and this guy who saw him a lot back in their hometown, would be calling him names relating or regarding his way of walking and looks and then eventually according to my aunt, that guy ended up having wooden legs. But then, I've seen others making fun of people since years ago and up to date, nothing has been bad for the ones who made fun of others. Like a cousin would call our other cousin fat and made her cry and he ended up being the skinny health fit one. One of my other aunts would cause drama and split up our family (she is my aunt by mirage, her husband is my mom's brother) and she still the one being well. So who knows.

If we have good thoughts and do good overall, we have a guilt free and more fulfilling life. We are always observed and when we have good intentions we attract good attention. This has worked well for me and I think that is due to good karma - siva

We grow what is planted more because of our nurturing of the seed with love
Is karma real? What can we say about karma, what you sow you reap, how does that connect to the law of karma? Karma is not a real law as the only real law is really the law of love. When you plant within love, love grows what you planted, but when you plant in anything other than love, something other than love grows in you then, and you do not live the love then, because you have these thought seeds and thorns blocking its forthcomingness.

I definitely believe in Karma. Do unto others as you want them to do unto you. I am a firm believer in treating someone the way that you want to be treated. People who mistreats others will get their payback eventually because being purposely mean to someone is a sin. You cannot think that you can go through life treating people anyway that you think seems fit and not receive pay back. We are all humans and we should be treated equally.

Sometimes, yes. Sometimes, no. I don`t think it occurs purposely to punish us but to give lessons to us to be a good shepherd to others.
