Noodle spices

Hot chili, vinegar chili and sugar!

Every time I have noodles, there is a large assortment of spices, dry and liquid to add to make the dish just right! And even when I carry it home, I still get a little pack of condiments. I never used sugar with noodles before, but here it is pretty commonn

In most Asian countries people add sugar to the noodles, I have read from our Filipino friends that they also add sugar to spaghetti.

I prefer it without sugar but over here, catsup is also available to put on pizza!

@LadyDuck That is very common in the States, I prefer blue cheese dressing!
