Tomorrow morning I start my walking program again.

When I first came to Thailand I would walk about two or three hours every day. I lost a lot of weight and was looking pretty good. Then I just stopped and now, I have gained too much weight again.
So tomorrow, unless it rains, I will leave my home early and walk at least an hour on the beach. And no, I will not pray for rain!
