I am still seeing the sun.
The wind is blowing just fine.
I am still seeing happy clouds too.
The weather is "deceivingly calm".
My province belongs to the province that has been declared under the tropical cyclone warning signal #2.
And if I look outside my window, there is no sign, hence the word "deceivingly calm."
With the warning, I went home and checked what has to be ready and prepared.
By the way, the name of the Typhoon is Jolina and international name of Pakhar.

That's true, awhile ago the day was so fine as if there is no typhoon. But now the rain is giving us the warning.

@Lucky15 Our local government is very strict with all sort of rules and laws. The people who protect animal rights would fine anyone who dare having more than two dogs and two cats. The moment anyone orders too many timbers, the local government would come right at once and ask, 'have you got any permit for this...'
It is impossible to do anything these days...

I agree with that deceivingly calm weather, you'll never how the weather will turn out during these days. Sometimes, it feels like you're getting the warmth and the rays of the sun today, but suddenly you will just hear those drops of tiny water raining on your roof then turns out it will rain really hard for the rest of the day.
Good thing I've bought an umbrella last Monday and yeah it really cost a lot but it has flash light on its tip. That's really cool especially when using it on a rainy cold dark night. It really lights up my path. :D
Hows the weather out there by now and which province you are from?
Have a nice day ahead.

We should be thanking God that the storm calm when it reach our country instead of wondering why it wasn't showing any winds..
