Day off!

After walking and going out partying last night, I have zero energy today. So most of my day has been watching YouTube and napping. Only nine days to payday and I will be baking again! I think the first thing will be a pork roast.

How many kilos of pork do you often roast each time, and how long will that last? We don't often do that dish here.
