Here you go: a photo of a robust little guy. His name is Chocolate. He is greedy.
He is determined to get some alfalfa that I pulled for him. The glint in his eyes tells the entire story. He already is chubby so whinny all he wants, he should not get many rich treats like alfalfa.

@sallypup A mini horse is much finer and lighter than a mini pony. So it has less 'bone' (its legs aren't as chunky) and looks more like an Arabian or a tiny thoroughbred. A miniature pony on the other hand is more like a Shetland in build - chunky and solid. Usually to be recognised as a mini anything they need to be under a certain height. I hope this helps.

@JohnRoberts I can't keep my husband from bringing Chocolate a carrot. I tell him to put the carrot on the ground. Don't feed the little guy directly cause that will just add to his habit of biting people.
