According to the tags on Instagram, today was National Waffle Day. I didn't find out in time for breakfast, so we had waffles and bacon with blueberry compote for dinner. What about you? Did you have any waffles today?

Waffle day wasn't today, but it was sometime in the last few days. Waffles and bacon sound good though

Alas, I didn't know it was National Waffle Day until I heard about it from you! Glad you got to celebrate. I don't have a waffle iron here! Had half a burrito for dinner.
