What Would be the Reason

Early morning headache, what would be the reason trying to find out. Lack of sleeping? I think I slept more than eight hours so this can't be a probable reason. Yesterday I had a very busy and stressful day that why would be the headache happening. Not sure about it but its paining!

Another reason could be an eye problem. That can cause headache. I get headaches when I lack sleep or have too much sleep.

If you had more than 8 hours of sleep then that is not reason to have an headache. I think that is stress.
