My 30% real salad! / myLot

Sometimes I feel like eating healthy. I don't know why but it does happen. I call this my 30% real because the crab sticks were imitation as well as the mayo. But at least the lettuce was genuine!

Real crab is a lot better, but very expensive, mayo is easy to make at home.

I have tried several times in the past to make mayo, but it was only a mess when I got finished.

@jaideemai Many years ago, someone showed me how to start and I never missed a mayo since that day.
