It Brings More Pain

I hardly depend on medicine, try my best to depend on home remedies. Headache spoilt my all day , sounds someone hammering inside my head I thought a shower and noon nap may helps to recover but I was wrong it brings more pain! Even now when I'm writing its paining inside. I can't seat for long in front of my laptop. Its paining! Pray for my recovery friends!!!

I am sorry you have such a terrible headache. Try to lie with a cool cloth over your eyes. I hope you feel better soon.

Drink 2-3 glasses of water in one go. It may help. Take some steam too. Hope you will feel good soon

You are probably suffering from migraine. My son complained about that a few months ago and finally we went to the doctor and he was told he has astigmatism. He has to wear glasses so he won't have to get headaches anymore. But his vision is fine though.

Try to drink more water, stay in a cool room and keep your eyes closed with a cool cloth on your front. I hope this can help.
