How much food does your stomach hold?

Of course, this will depend a lot - most of the time - on a single factor: hunger. But usually, do you usually eat too much or too little? I'm always hungry (I'm not kidding ), so... I can' eat just a little. However, I try to maintain a balanced diet (despite the amount).

As long as you eat balanced meals you should be good.

@TheInvisibleMan Before I used to stuff myself and now, I turn food down and eat a lot less.

When I was a twenty-something, I could eat about three gallons of food ... if I'd eaten sparsely for a week-or-two before that. In my late twenties; it took a few times 'over-eating and throwing-up afterward,' but now (call it 'aging metabolism') I can only handle 'about three fist-sized helpings' before I'm "full." They say a younger stomach can expand to 40 times its normal size I guess that number goes down as you age.
