Do you have a set bed time or do you just go to bed when you are sleepy?

I don;t really have a set bed time. I usually end up going to bed after the weather on the late news maybe about 11:20, but other times if I am busy or there is something on I want to watch it could be later. Once I go to bed, I don't sleep anyway. I spend about another hour watching netflix. What is your bedtime ritual?

@snowy22315 I get in bed then and then play on my phone or read until I fall asleep which is usually shortly thereafter. I need a lot of sleep in order to function well the next day. I have to be "on" all day at work. I don't get to hide behind a computer or in a cubicle if I'm sleepy.

@snowy22315 Yes, it really does. It does make things harder. Harder to wake up and get out of bed.

I usually go to bed at the same time each night or close enough. It happens that way because my body clock tells me too..I am tired.

I usually go to bed around 10. Tonight the races are in and the noise from the track is keeping me from heading to bed.

@snowy22315 Sunday evenings from mid April until October are race nights. We get to listen to the cars roar around the track. Usually it is quiet....but for the races.

Bath, brush teeth and get a glass of water. Get in bed and read till I fall asleep or about to and lay the book on the nightstand. I fall asleep pretty fast.
I try to be in bed as early as 11-12 so I can get to appointments the next day.

If I try to go to sleep earlier, I usually either can't sleep or I sleep and wake up in the middle of the night..both are no good.

For many years, I was forced to be a morning person. I had kids that went to school and I sometimes had jobs to go to. I worked temp jobs. Now, I am on SS and not on much of a schedule so I am back to my night owl habits. I never was a real morning person.

In the summer nights, I go to bed at 10 PM, except for Hallmark movies at on Saturday nights at 11 PM. For the regular programming schedule, I got to bed at 11 M-F, 10 or 11 on Saturdays, and 11 on Sundays. I normally take care of my cat, get ready for the gym on a gym night, and read before bed.

I don't have a set time when I go to bed, during the week I try to get to bed before midnight so I get at least 5 hours of sleep. I usually don't sleep but 5-6 hours no matter what time I go to sleep so no need to go to bed earlier other wise I just get up earlier.
