When I ordered a 2 pound container of biPro Whey Protein Isolate Powder from Amazon, I received a case of biPro Peach Power Protein Water for free as part of a promotion they were running. It was a $49.99 value so I was pretty excited. Each bottle of this biPro Protein Water is 16.9 fluid ounces. It contains 20g protein, 0g fat, 0g sugar, 0g carbs, and is lactose/gluten/caffeine-free. It is also naturally sweetened and naturally flavored. The ingredients are: filtered water, whey protein isolate, phosphoric acid, natural peach flavor, and stevia extract. The instructions state that you should drink this product 30 minutes before/after a workout, right before bed, or right after waking up. My trainer has recommended that biPro be used only right after a strength-training workout session to aid in muscle recovery and growth, so that is when I had it this morning. It sat in my car for 40 minutes or so while I worked out but it was a cool morning so it stayed relatively cold. The peach flavor is not bad but there definitely is some kind of strange background taste going on which I assume is the actual protein. It was certainly easily drinkable. I have noticed that the muscle soreness from Saturday's workout is completely gone and it was VERY noticeable this morning when I woke up. I also am not feeling anything from today's session and I was expecting to have at least some shoulder soreness if nothing else. I don't know if this can be attributed to the biPro Protein Water. I'll have to continue using it and noting my results. Stay tuned!

Creatine has the same effect. No Delayed Muscle Soreness, so you can work out the next day.

My trainer (owner of the gym) highly recommends biPro.
