What is your morning ritual?

While I'm not really the most organized person on the planet (lol), I try my best to keep up with a morning ritual to at least give myself a semblance of structure for each day. It's especially true now that I'm a full-time grad student trying to keep myself taken care of while also getting my thesis done at the same time.
My morning ritual tends to go something like this:
- wake up
- eat breakfast (partner cooks)
- wash the dishes (while partner showers)
- put away the bed (we have one of those foldable sofabeds)
- shower
- sit down at my desk and get started on my schoolwork!
How about you? What's your morning ritual like?

Great routine! Gah, I sometimes forget to focus on my hygiene in the morning... I need to do better!

Wake up, make the bed, boil the kettle of water, put the dirty laundry into the washer, brush teeth, sweep the floor, mop the floor, toast bread, brew tea, have breakfast, hang out laundry, start blogging

@loverofllamas I take Milk Thistle to help the liver, A b-complex, to help with my anemia, a folic acid and Potassium as I'm low in those too, 2 Burdock to clean out blood, L-Lysine to help build up my iron, Magnesium, and a probiotic. I used to take more but letting my body take a small break from others. Some of these are more vitamins and such. Ohh and Iron pills 3 times a day, as I'm severely anemic right now. If you ever get bored, search on natural cures. I don't do doctors meds hardly ever. Not saying I haven't and wont .. had a blood transfusion not to long ago for my anemia but I'm finding herbs help too!

My morning routine is complicated since I have 5 children.
I wake up, change the babies and feed them, do the chores, get my older 3 started on school work, and then shower & Mylot while the babies nap.

Oh wow, you have a lot to do in the morning! I salute you. I really have a lot of respect for parents... I can't imagine being able to take care of a kid, let alone five. :O

Man, I wish I was close to a park so I could enjoy the outside...! I usually start my day with a cup of coffee, too. :D I end up having two to three a day, though... probably not a good habit, haha.

Ohhh, is there a reason you regularly flush your nose with the neti pot? I heard a lot of people use it for when they have a cold and a stuffy nose...!

Same here, tbh. Like, today, I'm just kind of chilling... I ended up clearing out my desk because so much junk piled up on it.

That's such a positive way to wake up! I tend to lay there and want a few more minutes of shut-eye...
