Have you read "The Easy Way to Stop Smoking"?

I'd like to know how much people have read this book by Allen Carr and if it helped definily to stop smoking. Let me know,please...thank you

I don't think it will work. Only the person who smokes can help him/herself to quit.
I'm a smoker but not addicted to it :)

No, i did n't read this book yet and do n't have any plan to read it in the future too bcuz i am myself student of biology and know very well about the disadvantages of smoking and secondly, i do n't smoke and also do n't have any future planing about it.

Just strated reading. I have no doubt that it works. Read first 3-4 chapters and you will start to believe in it. It's an easy text but it has deep psyhological influence.
