Hello Everyone, Well, I learned that it is never too late to do the right thing. First of all, I should not delay doing the right thing, but if a delay happens for whatever the reasons, I should do the right thing at the earliest. I connected a friend of mine after more than a decade. I am glad that I took the step to reconnect my friend. It brings out a great feeling of happiness. What did you learn today? Please share. Please do not share any personal or private thing to protect your privacy. Thanks.

@maezee Learning is a long process. And sometimes it happens even when we didn't expect it. In my humble opinion, keeping an open mind does help the process.

i have always learned to be patient to my students, when they arrive late in the hospital. it is an never-ending activity for me.

@ridingbet Being patient with learners of all sorts tremendously helps them learn better. This is something that many may find challenging under provocative situations. But, the tendency to remain calm and patient even under extremely provocative situations can be developed over time.

@explorer101 i am patient but when they become unruly and hard-headed, i can also be a 'monster'. i stress my point to them until they all say 'yes, maam'.

@ridingbet Remaining patient is definitely a challenge under those conditions. But, I have noticed that practicing along the line can help one get better at that. That is surely a lifelong work in progress.

Today I learned that I've helped my homeless 13-year-old kid client express his frustrations appropriately and without an angry outburst. The poor kid still isn't enrolled in school.

@explorer101 Thanks. I'm trying to think of other things I learned. It's a fun question to consider.

@TheHorse That is a great learning. It is definitely an honorable deed to help someone in this condition. May you continue helping him. And may he get better with the passage of time.
