Remember, Rain Is Very Precious To Enjoy

The news media is presumably causing such a false interpretation lately because of the tropical cyclone remnants in the proximity of Houston. Approximately 50 inches of hurricane driven rain in just 7 days is close to unheard of elsewhere. Never condone that wrong type of occurrence to avoid. I have lived my entire life in New York City, and Seattle up to my Mid 20's. Encountering absolutely zero floods. And they are known for their own annual rain. Even owning a one floor house in the outskirts of the Seattle metro receiving even more year round precipitation than city limits downtown. Never even one trickle of water volume moisture in my house. Even when there has been a solid 10 to 20 inches of rain in record wet December 2015, October 2016 each. Such incredible fun, extremely lush scenery. Fresh invigorating memories in the air of New York City. Solid 4 seasons weather utopia. I only love the rain when there isn't a flood deluge torrent. Able to fall light, even moderately or heavily. Having to follow the right pattern consistently not too all of a sudden. Delusional paranoia with these events of far Southeastern Texas to New Orleans is a huge outlier with the Gulf Of Mexico. Going far away from these really few exceptions. Astoria Oregon for one example is not ever having any of these issues apparently: I forever love the rain when acting right. Without any problems.
