Her Name is Dr. Sivaramakrishna Iyer Padmawati. name is bit long so I didnt mentioned earlier. She is Director of National Heart Institute, Delhi,India

Yeah age is just a number. I'm 35 but I feel as though I'm only 25 years old. That's really amazing for that 100 year old lady. Sad to say only few people are like them

@spaceseed Yeah I'm waiting to be 40 years old. But I feel my bones get bigger after 10 years. My t-shirts get smaller too but my face still looks like 25 years old

I truly believe that age is just a number. My ex husband's grandfather was riding a motorcycle at over 80 and doing shopping for these old people who were younger than him but acted older. My great grandmother was still a professional ballet dancer at 49. My mum at 85 still drives well and does the garden and is my dad's full-time carer. I think that's a lot of factors come into play including the mentality of the person and the physical strength.
