This dish is call "achu" the nickname is one finger round the world, as u can see from the picture that is how it is served ,it is eaten using ur finger u keep going round and round the circle till it get finish,Achu is Cameroon traditional meal from the north west region (bamenda) ,it is prepared at home and also during special occasions, achu is made from pounded cocoyam and the yellow soup u see in the achu is made from limestone and palm oil with special ingredients ,it is served with eggplant (boiled) ,vegitables ,any type of meat goes but Bush meat tastes best it is delicious and very nutritive its a balance diet have u ever tasted this?
