Yoga is a good practice to get practice healthy body and mind. Two types of Yoga exists ,one Hatha yoga and Raj yoga. This yoga emerged in India around 11th century. There is another way of Yoga we know that is Astanga Yoga.
I do practice Yoga everyday in the morning. I got trained form a Yoga Guru and i have experience about 5 years.
Before I practice Yoga, I have suffered many disease like Hi-blood pressure, Border line Sugar and few more disease and started Hi-pressure medications also. After got trained Yoga, I have stopped medicines around 10 years. Now i am fully cured and practice everyday. I am really grateful to my Yoga Guru.
Later, I will Discuss about few yogas and their benefits. Best of luck, stay healthy and fit.

How wonderful! I have a yoga practice as well--although there are many asanas that I cannot do. But I love staying in the moment in my breath with my body--it helps me calm my anxious mind

@earnmonwithtalk I generally do both. I try to meditate first as that seems to give me a better yoga session--I started doing all of this as a way to work with performance anxiety some years back--I sing classical music--and have always suffered from performance anxiety--now I have much less of that and I rarely skip my yoga--

That means, you do 'Pranayam'. Do you practice Meditation? If you don't then my suggestion is get up early in the morning and finish latrine and bath and do meditation first , then you do 'Pranayam'.

@resukill22 same thing i did that is follow in television, but not worked.Practice In front Guru is different thing and that worked to me. Zumba is also a physical exercise, its small part of Yoga ( in Modern era ), it control few parts of body but Yoga can control whole part of body.If you want to know about yoga i can teach you.

See, first step is, you have to go to bed early in night before 10 p.m, and get up early in the morning, finish latrine and bath as early as possible then start with meditation.Nutrition is the most important matter too.
