Why they in a rush??

Today is Saturday I worked 4 hours only. I start this day in a RUSH!.. We have upcoming promo this month. They send their requirements for this promo with short noticed.. I feel stressed now to come up that I have 2 weeks only to planning and re forecast the orders we need for this promo..

Well proper planning is the key. You have to keep calm and focus. Take one step at a time.
