WHAT TO DO????

I hate myself for getting mad with other people when im irritated... lately im having hardtime controlling my patience... but im trying to practice myself to be more calm and to be more patient with the things that easily irritates me. What do you think is the best way to do when im starting to get annoyed?

Keep your cool and take deep breaths 5-6 times when you get annoyed. Also you should try meditation as it has helped me a lot.

You should avoid people or situations that make you feel like that. Spend more time with people who understand you.

Think of something funny when your starting to get irritated. Imagine the funniest thing that ever happen to your life. Relive that moment and you will feel much better for sure.

The key word is self control. Try to relax and cool down- the most effective!
