Will Curiosity Kill The Chicken???

My Curiosity Was Stroked Ever So Kindly By The Thought Of A Vegitarian Eating Eggs(Many Do). By Definition Those Particular People Are Known As "Lacto Ovo Vegitarians", Or In Other Words A Person Who Eats Eggs And Dairy But No Meat. What Im Curious About Is How Eating Eggs Is Accepted But Meat Is Not.Does The DNA Not Point To Chicken? Is It Okay To Sacrifice An Egg That Very Well Could Have Developed Into A Chicken?? A Cute Little Baby Chicken!!! Just So You Can Enjoy Your Morning Omelette And Orange Juice.... But Eating An A Egg That Actually Hatched Is Wrong?? Am I Over Thinking This?

I think its really just that they don't have a strict plant based diet like vegans. I think some of it can also depend on the reasons why a person might be a vegetarian or vegan. Some people do it for health others do it because they are grossed out by the process of getting it from the wild to table and others because they can't bare the thought of an animal being used or harmed in anyway and they benefit from what they may view as a form of abuse.
