The soldier save the children on war in Marawi city. Salute to the soldier. They sacrifice their life for protecting the mother land. I always pray for your safety.

It's dreadful to see this happening anywhere, but to me, especially in the Phils. I have friends there and have thought I would like to live there if it weren't for the heat. I hope the army is successful in defeating the terrorists and keeping everyone safe and that they regain control of Marawi. Prayers to everyone in the area.

@Jayr13 I think President Duterte is making progress. I know the media here tells lies about him. Although most of the comments from Filipinos that I read on news sites are supportive of him. He has a lot of problems to deal with and extreme measures may be the only way..

@holdoors so far, the terrorist group are almost gone. And I think 95% of area of War zone are already occupied by the arm forces of the Philippines
