We all have them or have had them. Addiction is a strong word so I call it "replacement". The reason why I call it that because we use the replacement to replace an empty space in an area of our life that has not been filled. If it was filled something or someone left an open wound and we try to patch it up by the replacement. An addiction does heals you but only deplete more and more energy out of you the more you feed it. The one thing you have to realize is that it's only temporary not permanent. Only you can make the necessary changes to void it out you life. It all starts with the mind, if your motivation is there addiction does not exist.. My addiction is giving to wrong people who don't need it but I do it to keep them away or from bugging me..which in reality means I'm not being true to myself. What is your addiction??

Thinking too much and being afraid of the past. I guess am addicted to the pain that was brought by my past. I think so because every time I lie to myself I have moved on then something bad happens in the present, I start linking it to my past and feel bad about both of them. I guess I'm stuck in my own thoughts. It's a bad addiction :(
