No throwing rotten eggs or tomatoes please. I think it would be fun to share our hobbies today. I have many hobbies that I love. I enjoy painting, sculpting, wood working, macramé, gardening, and building computers to name a few.
I know from time to time many people share something they have made. I have seen @TheHorse and his beautiful speakers he makes. I know others love to sew, take photos, garden, and create interesting art objects. We have some writers and poets on the site too. Everyone has some sort of talent and it would be fun to share them.
Tell me what you like to do. If you write or are a poet, add your poems here. If you garden or do landscaping share a photo of this. It would be fun to see how talented people are on MyLot. Have fun and share your talents.
Here is one for me. This was a painting I did not long ago and I display this in my office. I have many others I can share and some sculpting I have done. I have some interesting macramé pieces I have created and can share them too. Let’s have fun today and show off our talents.
What do you say? Are ready to share?

That is beautiful. I love the room and the A frame look. Great job and what a great skill and hobby you have. Your home is beautiful.
Here is one of my kitchen I designed and built. You can see the bowl in the background. I sculpted this for my kitchen. On the bar there is a painting. I used bamboo in my kitchen to keep the elements out and the cool breeze flowing through my home. As you can see my home is very open and I have rock walls that surround the bottom of my home.

Now this is a hobby I can get into. I'm a writer and author. I write many different types from my Bible studies I post here, to the books I've authored and published, to poetry. Here's one of my poems.
TWO HEARTS
I stand alone on the bridge of time
A lonely wanderer in the climb
Searching shadows of misty haze
My life, my heart in a daze.
My soul whispers in the night
A bird above takes to flight
I hear it softly as it speaks
My eyes in search of oneness, seeks.
Through the mist the shadows part
To gaze upon a stalwart heart
He must hear its rhythm deep
My heart, my life, his to keep.
We stand together hearts entwined
On the bridge of endless time
Two hearts to sing the age old rhyme
Two hearts to stand the test of time.

That is absolutely beautiful. I am so happy you shared this. I just wished others would of shared what they made or their hobby. I see so many posts about different things like this I really thought it might be fun to do this. I am so happy that you shared your poem here with everyone. Thank you again.

I am not a creative person and my hobbies are nowhere near the caliber of others here on myLot. I enjoy decorating my planner with monthly and weekly versions. It does not call for many talents and it soothes my soul. I use to garden often but for some reason, gardening causes me more stress now.

I consider a hobby anything and everything that you do for fun and pleasure. Decorating planners sounds like a fun hobby to me.

Wow you're really talented. I dream to make paint artworks but I think it's difficult to do. I love sketching with my pencils. I made pretty good sketches of butterflies and faces. I also love to crochet but I'm just a beginner. I have done a lot of small projects including headbands and phone cases. I also do gardening

When I was about 10 I picked up a camera and snapped anything and everything. In the early 90s I met a professional photographer. At one time she and her husband owned their own studio. One summer on weekend we would pick a subject (i.e. old barns, bridges, wheat fields etc.) and go out and photograph that subject. But if we saw something that we thought would make a good photo we shot it. Then we would critique each others photos.

@poehere I took the photo of our husky but I'll dig around and see if I can find a good photo to share.

I like it even though I am late here for it. I did not know there was such a thing. I decided to share another photo that is cool of my helper doll Yisraela wearing a hat that was on sale. She looked so good in it but she was not for sale, just the hat.

That is adorable. I might have found a few sites for you to check out online that you can sell some of your things on. Go visit my FB pages and skim down through the wave of articles i have written for my new website. You should find some really helpful information on there.
As for this day on MyLot, I did it because I was tired of reading the same stuff over and over again about an incident that happened. I decided to change things and make people smile.

@Hannihar It is only up and online now 3 weeks and not even close to being finished. There is a lot I still need to write and this is the problem. You might not find anything today, but in a week or so you could find what you want. I have to research to make this work.
