Mark Twain once said, "Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is held than to anything else it is poured over." Indeed, anger is a punishment we give ourselves. It is difficult to control the anger, which resembles a volcano that can erupt at any moment, holding us in one second of inattention and taking over us until it is too late. Do you have any methods or tips for dealing with anger?
You can help all of us and our children understand this feeling better and discover ways to control it.
We can all apply these ideas in our lives and soon discover how relaxed we can be and how much control we will suddenly have over our lives.

Yes I do, just suck it up and shove it inside if you have to.
You can always let it out by taking a walk for instance, away from whatever or whoever is making you angry.
Whosoever is making you angry will delight in your anger..so dont give it to them.

Take deep breaths and count to ten. Take a TIME OUT. or just walk away and pray. You could even walk into a cold storage room and scream as loud as possible. Letting off steam is often the best solution, so that way you don't develop an ulcer.
My mamma once told me I needed to buy a punching bag.
