Does discussion with included promotion or affiliate links allowed?

Hi, since I'm new here, I would like to ask if it is allowed to post discussion about other sites that offer money in exchange to services? As I would like to promote a site and post a referral link as well.
I'd like to know if there are rules pertaining to this discussion, as I cannot find the terms of this site with regards to discussion's content.

No it's not allowed and mylot will weed them out.

One of my cousins had a Mylot account and was using Mylot frequently, and I guess yesterday he shared an article with fellow Mylotters about a bitcoin faucet game. He wasn't able to login to his account today. So I guess it gets you banned from accessing MYLOT if you do that.
