I try and upload one photo every day to my Instagram, that way I'm always keeping on top of my photography (and hopefully improving exponentially along the way!)
Because of this, I hope to have regular posts here as well sharing what I put up on social media. This photo was posted yesterday, but it's simply a shot I got without planning. My friend sat down to take a rest and look through his photos when we were out at a waterfall, and I thought it made for a really cool "in the moment" shot.
It's cool visiting places like this waterfall for a unique change of scenery. If you do photography, what do you look for in a background for your photos?

I am just an old lady that likes to fool around with her cameras. I mostly take macro, love macro shots. I'm sure I could be better at it but I have posted many here and most seem to like my shots. I also like bokeh in my photographs. I don't plan that to happen but many times it does,. I like your photo.

Thank you! I was surprised that there was such a large waterfall near my city. I had no idea it was there until my friend asked me to go along with him to take photos.
