Ahhh, the island of Bali, a place that inspires visions of tropical moonlit nights and beautiful sandy beaches in the minds of us westerners. 
I know little of Indonesia except that it's very far away. LOL But that part of the world has always been interesting to me.

then you should try the experience. Its not all about Bali when you are in Indonesia :D We still have Gili Air in Lombok, Raja Ampat in Papua, and many more.

@blessedLIZ Thank you for the offer of guide to Indonesia. I don't travel. I'm quite old and not as healthy as I would like to be. Actually, I've never been much of a traveler to faraway places, not even inside the US. I'll satisfy myself with armchair traveling via the internet.
I have a friend in Thailand and she sends me pictures from her travels in Asia. She goes to the most amazing places.

Yes, we have more than 300 tribes/ethnic group in Indonesia included Javanese & Sundanese (Java Island), Balinese (Bali Island), Bataknese (Sumatra Island) and so on.
Wow! you wont regret it while you are in Indonesia :D

It will be your great experience there! my best friend from Slovakia said that Indonesia is a paradise, because Indonesia is rich of cultures, language, dialect, and tourism spots.
The answer is we have more than 300 tribes in Indonesia.

Yea i understand that foreigners know more about Bali. But i assure you that the more you know about Indonesia, the more you feel amazed with the tribes in Indonesia. We have more than 300 tribes in Indonesia

the philippines is also tropical. it's also made up of many islands 7000+ and we also have many regional dialects, aside from the national language. but i know indonesia has much more because your country is much bigger than ours.
