Yeaterday, my son was laying down on the sofa when all of a sudden he was screaming that oimething caught into his left eye. I had told him before never use his bare hands to rub his eyes but he did. Whatever the object was had caused a scratch on the white part of the eye ball and could see bleeding streaks. He could not open his eyes. I told him to tilt his head downwards, keep blinking to allow the object flow out with the tears. He could open his eyes a little after washing with water but was still in pain. Will take him to see a doctor later. what do you when something gets into your eyes?

Rubbing is something never to do. I rush to the sink and I wash my eyes, then I pout eye drops into the eye to wash out anything could have got inside. Have you consulted a doctor?
