Every month when the period comes, the menstrual blood consumes a lot of iron in the body, so women at this time should eat more vegetables and fruits rich in iron, such as spinach, grapes and apples and other fruits. But the habit of drinking tea in the meal occasion will do harm to your health, for the fact that tea contains up to 50% of the tannic acid, it will hinder our intestinal absorption of iron, greatly reduce the absorption of iron level, and in the intestinal tract easily and chyme in the iron or iron in the blood medicine combine to produce precipitation phenomenon.
