Today, my son came back from school , was telling me about the movie that he had watched in school hall.
The movie's title was Howling's moving castle. It is a Japanese animation movie back in 2004. The movie was initially 1hour 19 min duration but the students are allowed to watch for 20 minutes only. My son was intrigued to watch further but the movie stopped at 20min. There was shortage of teacher manpower since the UPSR ( final government exam for Primary 6) is ongoing now.
Hence, I am downloading Howling's Movie Castle in Chinese version for him now so that he could watch it later or during weekends.
Do you approve that students should watch anime movies in school?

@peachpurple Sounds interesting... No wonder your son wanted to see the rest of the movie... Letting them just to see the first quarter of it was such a teaser...

If the movie is related to their lecture, I don't mind.
When I was a student we had film showing all the time but it was always related to our lessons.

I think thats fine once and awhile. Since it will develop their visual but still, watch out the limit , eg. time, type of movie. You as his mother should guide him all the way and tell the moral of the movies. :D
