Leaving Breakfast to lose weight is a Bad Idea

People use to leave breakfast and they think they will lose weight but it is wrong. Breakfast is most important meal of the whole day. It means BREAK the FAST. It may not necessarily in the morning. It is the meal which you take when you wake up. It may be in afternoon or even in evening. When we wake up our body is starved of nutrients and it wants to absorb whatever is taken. SO our breakfast should be rich in protein and nutrient to take the good start of the day. To lose weight, you should not skip breakfast rather you should change the pattern of your eating i.e. intermittent fasting. The fastest result of such fasting is loss of extra fat.

@John762 I've studied this before or I searched online, and I found out how breakfast is important in out daily meals.. and after that I marked myself that don't skip breakfast.

Agree..but sometimes, I don`t feel anything to eat at breakfast and only drink my hot choco cappuccino

of course it is a bad idea to not having breakfast. You get gastric pains and gall stones

Breakfast is the first meal of the day,it is very important to have breakfast.If we skip breakfast,it will affect our routine activities. We become inactive in the morning itself.You can skip dinner but it is not advisable to skip breakfast.
