Life has lost its value nowadays

These days, life has lost its value completely. A little disappointment and we decide to end our precious priceless Life, without thinking twice. The newspaper becomes scrap for the next day, but we keep it, sell it and earn money. The old clothes are used to buy new utensils in exchange, even the spoiled milk is not thrown away, but converted to cottage cheese. When these un-used things can be kept for some use, why life has become so worthless that we decide to end it over small silly reasons.

I feel it is basically because of pressure and lack of forethought ...Last week in my school a youngster drank insecticide because of some minor problem she was facing at home. Thankfully she was discovered in time and taken to the hospital and now undergoing treatment.

Good to know the girl is fine. This problem is mainly with young people, they don't realise the value of life. God save the society.

@ivansin Absolutely , at the same time home atmosphere too contributes , so parents too should be involved while counselling

I think life was always like this all the time. For some there is no value but for others they are driven to achieve. I have seen people self-motivated and always staying positive and let them show us the way - siva

Definitely world is full of people with so much positively in them, no doubts in that. But for those, who looses hope, society needs to put little efforts, try to motivate them as well. And here the people full of positivity can help.
