When do you take a risk and make changes

Too often, we do things because it's always been done that way. We don't want to burst the bubble. Are we afraid that it would be unpopular? It might make things better. We need the brave, ones ready to step out.
What made me think about this was when recipes are handed down from generation to generation and no one changes the recipe, yet they have no idea why they are doing what they are doing.
So why not put your thinking hat on and think of new ways to do things. Maybe it will make the process simpler.

I totally agree with you. Try new methods of doing things, we can reveal something new to this world.

Well..You`re right! I also made some changes with the ingredients of my mother and grandmother cookings and base it with the way I like it So, In real life is the same (I think)
