Lets have a 10 minutes of you. Many people know what is the word of stress, but can one truly comprehend it? From the perspective of psychological well-being, stress alludes to the emotional over pressure, anxiety, sleep disorders, dietary habits change, there are ruinous conducts and cerebral pain or muscle torments and different types of emotion. Stress is not specifically characterized as pharmaceutical, but in terms of biology, any threat that may make the body unevenness is distressing. Keeping in mind the end goal to manage these threats, regardless of envisioning, or real. Meditation helps to reinforce our body , mind and lessen physical pain and ultimately bring inner peace. The prehistoric birthplace of meditation, perhaps discovered all through history, particularly in Hinduism and Buddhism and other beliefs as well. Many people may perceive meditation like the yoga movements by stretching the body, meditate by sitting folded legged, even murmuring, almost psychic or practicing mystic? This was my anticipation. When my Guru’s demonstrated for some of his meditation techniques, it has completely changed my perspective of this ancient wisdom. With my Guru's instructions that helped me to regain a sense of clarity of mind, with the attendant ability to stay focused a longer time frame and more deeply relaxed and being free from tension and anxiety. * Note - Part 2 coming soon.

I try to see all activities as a kind of meditation. As for stress and anxiety, I see anything that increases ones sense of predictability and control as good.
