Daytime Sleep

Night sleep cannot be replaced by daytime sleep. Many people still think that it is just fine if we don't sleep at night because we still have time to sleep in the daytime. Those working during the night have to sleep in the daytime. It looks like okay but have you ever noticed that your blood pressure is up slightly or even more? Your heart still beats faster as well.
This means that there is something that you lack. I read an article that night sleep is much healthier for during your sleep, the organs in your body try to heal. Daytime sleep can only restore your lack of sleep but does not do the healing.

No matter how much I try; I can not sleep during the day. Sometimes; I wish I could.

No problem as long as you have enough quality sleep at night.
